Does Rotary sell completed pens? |

YES. Rotary Pen offers a growing line of assembled pens. With the acquistion of Ballarini Pens, Rotary offers almost 20 styles assembled pens. Our assembled pens can be seen at HERE and at MIAMIPENS.COM. Rotary will continue to supply its existing line of component parts and mechanisms to the industry, and upon request we can supply you with the names of companies who do contract assembly and sell the completed Rotary pens seen in our sample pen catalog.

Does Rotary match special colors?

Yes. We will work with our customers to match a special color upon request. For most special colors there is no surcharge; however, a minimum order is required to run a special color depending on the style ordered. See our Custom Colors section for more details.

What is the average shipping time?

As Rotary Pen carries most items in-stock, orders are usually shipped within seven to ten business days. Orders are sold FOB Garwood. We can accommodate pickup orders, common carrier and express carriers (UPS/Fedex/etc). For our assembled pens, orders for our stock color combinations that are not in stock at the time of order are usually shipped within two-three weeks.

What is the minimum order requirement?

Rotary ships in full cartons only. Depending on the item, full cartons can range from 1,000 to 25,000 pieces. All of our Assembled Pens coming in boxes of ranging from 600 to 1,300 pieces depending on the style.

Does Rotary only sell pen parts?

No. Although most of our parts are assembled into completed pens, pencils and markers, some of our customers have found unique usages for individual component parts. For example our pen parts have been used in the medical, cosmetic and computer industries.

No. Rotary Pen is able to supply you with the names of companies who imprint on Rotary pens. |
